BCMK have successfully developed a new concept for pressing different powder textures and shades in one godet with fine line separation.

This unique process offers our customers the opportunity of combining between two and eight shades whilst still maintaining the individual quality of each powder.

Many combinations, sizes and shapes are possible, from a simple two colour product to a more complex eight colour product, with the added possibility of embossing, de-bossing and creating a domed effect.

The concept was developed to deliver a highly effective production unit with low waste levels, low labour costs and quick change-overs which allows us to offer this premium product at a competitive price. Internal user trials have identified positive consumer benefits resulting from our unique method of pressing.
